How to reach here from the Airport

VISA INFORMATION

Organizing Committee of the Conferences hereby gives you clarity that Speakers/ Delegates attending Conference should apply for Visa at least two months prior to the date of your journey begins.

A letter of invitation is proof that your abstract and registration application are accepted by the Conference manager. It will be stated in English and may help with your visa application.

Kindly visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland website for more information and regulations about your visa application.

If any application denies, the registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of an individual be denied. Our organization will not contact any embassy for your visa process.

Poznan University of Medical Sciences (PUMS) is a leading medical school in Poland involved in the education of medical professionals for 100 years. Over 8000 students (including 1000 English-speaking students) study medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, dietetics and medical analytics methods each year PUMS is fully recognized by the Polish Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Science and Higher Education. All four of the School’s faculties have been awarded the highest quality category “A” by the Committee for Evaluation of Research Institutions. Research projects run in PUMS can be implemented in all disciplines relating to human health and well-being of populations. Novel technologies are the part of the studies conducting in PUMS being also interlinked with high quality health services for patients. PUMS owns a network of 6 clinical hospitals in the city of Poznan as a base for its clinical and research activity. With a total of 2200 beds these institutions are open to the public, serving the local community. The clinical hospitals have at their disposal the equipment, know-how and infrastructure on par with what is available in top quality clinical centers. The PUMS has developed a network of international science and business partnerships throughout the century. PUMS scientific community publishes each year over 700 publications with impact factor (IF) (approx. 30 % in international collaboration). Last year, approx.30% of research grants related to innovative treatment procedures were successfully realized in PUMS. In 2019, PUMS as one of 20 different state universities, was awarded by Polish Ministry of Science a distinction in the competition: "Initiative of Excellence - a Research University". Currently, Poznan University of Medical Sciences work on novel technologies implementation in order to strengthen Polish public institutions and other EU-countries in fight against COVID-19.

Recording & Photo Policy

For promotional purposes, there may be a photographer and video production taking place during the conference. Speakers who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the session chair/ organizers present at the Registration Desk.

Any of the participants are not permitted to use any type of camera or recording device at any of the sessions unless written permission has been obtained from the relevant speaker. A professional photographer will be at the Conference, if you have any issues with being photographed please notify the photographer or organizers of the event.
